Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sponsorship of the South Coogee Junior Football Club Inc. (the "Club"), an incorporated not-for-profit organisation. 1.2 By entering into a sponsorship agreement with the Club, the Sponsor agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Sponsorship Agreement

2.1 A sponsorship agreement is formed when the Sponsor completes and signs the sponsorship application form and makes payment as agreed. 2.2 The Club reserves the right to decline or terminate sponsorship arrangements if they conflict with the Club’s values, policies, or legal obligations.

3. Sponsorship Benefits

3.1 The specific benefits provided to the Sponsor are detailed in the selected sponsorship package. 3.2 The Club reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the sponsorship benefits, provided that such modifications do not materially reduce the agreed value of sponsorship. 3.3 Sponsorship benefits are provided for the agreed term only and do not grant the Sponsor any ongoing rights beyond this period.

4. Sponsorship Payment

4.1 Sponsorship fees must be paid in full within 14 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.2 If the Sponsor fails to make payment by the due date, the Club reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship benefits until payment is received. 4.3 Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or agreed in writing by both parties.

5. Sponsor Obligations

5.1 The Sponsor must ensure that all materials, branding, and promotional content provided to the Club comply with Australian laws and do not infringe on any third-party rights. 5.2 The Sponsor must not act in any manner that may bring the Club into disrepute or create a conflict of interest. 5.3 The Sponsor acknowledges that sponsorship does not grant decision-making rights in Club operations or governance.

6. Use of Club Logo and Branding

6.1 The Sponsor may only use the Club’s logo and branding with prior written approval from the Club. 6.2 Any unauthorised use of the Club’s logo or branding may result in termination of the sponsorship agreement and potential legal action.

7. Termination

7.1 The Club reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement immediately if: a) The Sponsor engages in activities that conflict with the Club’s values or reputation. b) The Sponsor fails to make payment within 30 days of the due date. c) The Sponsor breaches any other material term of this agreement. 7.2 If the Club terminates the sponsorship due to a breach by the Sponsor, no refund will be provided. 7.3 The Sponsor may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to the Club, but no refund of fees will be provided unless agreed in writing.

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 The Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Sponsor’s involvement with the Club unless caused by the Club’s gross negligence. 8.2 The Sponsor agrees to indemnify the Club against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the Sponsor’s activities in connection with the sponsorship.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

9.1 The Club will not disclose confidential information provided by the Sponsor, except as required by law or with the Sponsor’s consent. 9.2 The Sponsor agrees not to disclose confidential information about the Club’s operations, policies, or members without prior written consent.

10. General Provisions

10.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Club and the Sponsor. 10.2 The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided to Sponsors. 10.3 This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

By signing the sponsorship agreement or purchasing a sponsorship package from this site, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
